Alejandra

Alejandra's experience in the residential and commercial remodeling and maintenance industry dates more than 15 years. During those, she managed the ropes of this business. Her area of expertise is not only the administrative and financial, but also the operational portion of the enterprise.

Currently, Alejandra is an Energy Consultant, working on diagnosing uses and loses of energy and its implications and, - along with her team members- offering solutions conductive to an efficient use of energy in homes.

Alejandra is also accountable for training and coaching the sales force in following processes, increasing their daily success and having an outstanding performance. Also, she was, for over 6 years, a trained coach in leadership and personal growth programs.

She is bilingual in Spanish as well as fluent in French.

Alejandra has been part of our company for almost 4 years in which she has dedicated to educating homeowners in the northern suburbs on the most efficient way of making their homes energy-efficient and also more comfortable.  She truly enjoys understanding the undelaying issues of a home and offering solutions to fix those issues.

Among her leisure interests, reading, hiking and practicing Tae Kwon Do are her passions.
