After a thorough inspection, we identified insufficient insulation as the root cause. Our team installed our patented blown-in cellulose insulation to properly seal and regulate the home’s temperature year-round. The system was fully air sealed using Zyp Foam to create an airtight, conditioned attic. This approach helps reduce energy loss, improve indoor comfort year-round, and maintain proper roof ventilation by keeping the roof deck cold in winter.

Finally, we installed and extended attic decking to both the front and back of the attic, creating safe, functional storage space for the homeowner.
