Sales Process

Tim was very helpful. My issues were complex and he took time to model different options. I spent several thousand dollars more than other bids. I have a code compliant solution that I am confident will solve my probem because of Tims's attention to detail, and willingness to explore solutions.

Crew was very attentive, responsive to me and my questions. They completed the work as specified.

What made you choose our company:

I received bids from Rubens's Spray insulation. They were cheaper, but seemed unwilling to pay attention to issues I raised concerning removal of existing paper backed fiberglass insulation to avoid trapping moisture, meeting building codes for R-value and applying intumnescent coating. I paid twice as much to address my concerns with meeting building codes and safety issues. It is clear many insulation contractors can't sell the the last three inches of closed cell to meet code because the marginal benefits of each additional inch of closed cell declines rapidly. I have to live in the house and sell it one day, so I do not want it done incorrectly.
